Need website and brand name design

We are a start up jewellery company who sell necklaces, bracelets and bikinis.
I really need some advice about web design etc as I've never opened a website before.
I don't know if I can post links here but if you type in google statementbaubles we want something along the same lines as that but better. We stock around 100-120 items total. I've heard talk about integration into your website but I don't understand any of it. Could someone give me a bit of advice and also if your a web designer drop me a email as I'm looking to get one made within the next 2 weeks.

Take your time and don't rush into it. Choosing the wrong system or designer could cost you a lot of money and time further down the line

If I were starting out in the fashion category, particularly with stuff like Jewelry, I'd think about third party marketplaces i.e Etsy, Ebay, Amazon etc to validate the business before investing money building out my own presence. The level of polish required with the luxury segment, if indeed that's your target market, is quite high. That said, if you can find a good designer, it is possible to develop your own platform and possible to be successful with some marketing money behind it.
