My site

General layout looks good but space is poorly used. I have a relatively large screen at 1400 x 1050 but even on a more modest screen, the flash content does not adapt to the space and the general graphical design takes up a lot of what real estate you do use leaving only a small amount of space for useful content.

It is not obvious how to access a non-flash version of the site.

I find the grey on black menu tricky to read, will be a bigger problem for some viewers.

Content very limited and presentationally weak in many areas - I guess this will improve. For example, I click on Services | Photography and get a list of three services that tells me nothing about your capabilities, experience, etc. You need to focus more on what the service to the client is anyway - SLR Photography may well be meaningless to many people (and others may think you should be using DSLR anyway). Consider what kind of photography you can offer (andscape, portrait, architecture? 35 mm SLR only or do you do medium format, etc.) and then what you can offer the client using these capabilities. Push the proposition not the means. This applies to most of your services: logo design, banner design, e-commerce, etc. AVOID a bullet list of technology.

On the Gallery it took me a while to recognise the scroller. If you did this for a client, you might well fail to retain/convert a large number of visitors.

Your contact page needs a) your complete business address and b) a contact form as an alternative to emailing/phoning you.

Obviously, you need to get the portfolio up as soon as you can.

Just a few comments. I don't think your site needs to be done in flash. You will get a much better site done in HTML.

On the homepage, the text looks faint, blured and not at all clear. I found it very hard to see your links (grey on black)

Maybe include a proper address and feedback form in the contact us section. Finally, have some text on the images in your portfolio and explain what it is. Just by looking at it, many look like blurred lights.

Cheers
