Hi
I have an ecommerce site with over 400 products and I am having trouble with my hosts.
It has an easy to use CMS, but things keep going wrong. THey miss stuff off, or I can't add a download, or something needs doing and it will cost me an extra ££££ everytime - even for things that really should be very easy and part of an ecommerce site.
Two questions -
First, is it possible to take an existing site which is set up under someone else's CMS and copy it into a new site or do I have to re-enter every product?
Second, can anyone recommend a really good ecommerce provider who understands international markets, music & video (streaming and samples), and has a reputation that I can examine not just by looking at a few eshops but by talking to customers and doing credit checks etc?
I am not after one talented person and their computer but a proper partner organisation who can help me take this company global. Which my current providers just don't seem to be able to grasp.
Thanks,
Anna
