I am looking for micro investors for a project which is now ready for launch. All I need is to raise is £10,000. Therefore I am looking for a maximum number of 10 investors to invest a minimum £1,000 each.
I have set up an online business plan for interested parties. Within the plan it explains why I have set this business up and in what direction I want the business to go.
As part of this opportunity you will make 50% profit on your investment within 7 months plus I am offering a share in the profits. I have created a number of products and services which I will be willing to offer to your business for free.
What is the business about?
If you can imagine a service which combines Facebook, YouTube, MSN, online store where businesses can sell anything, classified ads, property finder, chat with webcams and directory enquiry all in one place. This is what you have. Companies like Yell.com are getting behind the times and therefore something new is required. The best thing about this opportunity is that I have created a solution that will save businesses money - guaranteed. Also on the service, we will be providing news (general, business and sports), business reviews and other information to help members of the public. During the weekends initially we will be hosting our own online radio station where users of the service can send request and shout-outs. I have been chatting to various venues (nightclubs) with broadband to offer live shows for the radio station.
Share in profits
For your investment I will be offering 0.25% for every £1,000 invested. If I meet my targets, which I will, your 1st years share in Profits should be £335. In year 2 you will receive if all targets are met £4,250 and from year 3 and beyond, if all targets are met I will be paying £15,000 for every £1,000 invested.
Supporting New Business Startups
I want to be a responsible business and support the creation of new businesses. Therefore I will be setting aside 30% of all profits to help create new businesses. I want to be able to offer small grants to help people with market research and be able to offer loans for small business startups. As an investor of an established business I would want to you look at plan and have an input to see if the businesses submitted are viable. If I meet my targets at the end of year 1 I would have £40,000 to help new startups. In year 2 I hope to be able to help 100 new business start up and in year 3 I hope to help 250+ businesses per year and every year after.
I will be contacting businesses in my area to offer them this opportunity but because of the help I have received from this forum I would also like to offer this opportunity to UKBF members.
