We are a legal platform that sources the most suitable law firm for our client's needs and also negotiates the fees on behalf of the client. We have membership options whereby the client will get various services included.
You need to plan the channels from more perspectives (client gruop, service group, etc.). More channels and business models may be the case.

Looking at your site @Mishoura and you aren’t even promoting the membership. If as you say people are signing up for a subscription all you need to do is make this a prime function of the homepage to increase the numbers.

I wouldn’t personally do so as the site is very dodgy looking.

I think the website is OK (nothing special or stimulating), however, I can't see a connection with the business name and the service.

Do you mean how to boost memberships from a website design perspective?

If so, I think you need more content that's related to your subscriptions that can be directed to the memberships.

For instance, what about a questionnaire?

Something like this would work well - https://v2.unbiased.co.uk/enquiry/accountant

I agree with @Paul Kelly ICHYB, your site is great but lacks appeal.

For what you want it to do, it doesn't work.

As a new user, I don't fully trust your site.
