Trying to install the embed code for the mailchimp signup form on the website.
here's the code:

But for some reason the 'subscribe' button doesn't appear at all. I've added it to the .css file and nada..zippo...it just doesn't appear. You can't even hover your mouse over it as it isn't there yet it's clearly in the code and it appears on the back office part of the website but doesn't appear when we upload the page. :|
I then tried the simple format of the form and still nothing happens. The form components all appear as normal but the button is missing.
