Hi everyone,

I have a little problem delivering end result and looking for help if possible.

I have a portfolio of over 130 commercial domain names.

I can build the websites, hosting etc and every ad can be automatically posted to twitter, linkedin and facebook.

I want to sell featured/sticky ads to relevant businesses, an easy sell maybe to some but difficult for me as i'm not a sales person.

The potential customer can secure their ad for 3months, 6months or a 1year .

These are premium domain names.

Will also need a decent phone sales person.

No, you don't need a sales person, you need a reason for advertisers to advertise.

Get the millions of visitors, get the social traction (with real people liking and sharing your content), get some other reason for people to pay.

    Sort that out first!

Premium domain names don't mean jack. And EMDs are so 2008 when it comes to SEO.

Not looking for global business, just local, don't need or want that kind of traffic.

Seo is my bag and can easily get websites to top of google for keywords.

So what exactly is it you need?

Do you need help finding advertisers or help finding a sales team?

I can find the potential advertisers, i just need a salesperson that can sell the ads.

I've got an example site up and running, i'm not promoting it yet but you can see the kind of delivery i'm looking for.

What are his selling points? Why should people advertise with you?

Top advertising on a premium domain name, including front page on google with addition adwords, able to update their ad as much as they like, these would include, urls, links, promotion through social media.

Many businesses do not have a great online domain name usually two to three word urls, these ads give greater exposure.

I would be happy to lease complete urls, such as Recycle(.)wales or Golf(.)wales for example

What would it be on the front page of google for? If I wanted to advertise on a site I want to know it's getting a bucketload of visitors who would be interested in the stuff I'm selling. No point in advertising surgical supports on a site promoting events in wales but then just displaying clickbait. My ROI wouldn't be very good.

But you did say you can find potential advertisers, so is it just help selling them the ad space you need?

Judging by the example domain I can understand why you have a little problem, and it isn't because you are not a sales person, it is because you don't have very much to sell.

Genuinely cannot think why anyone would want to buy what you are selling.

Why don't you come up with some proper content and then you might have something worthwhile?

I think I agree with all the previous comments. You are not selling anything of value. But you do have things of value.
Domain names. Hosting. Seo Skill. Ranking. Traffic.

    1 - Adspace
Adspace is usually sold on eyeballs of visits. If you can evidence the amount and type of traffic you get in front of, companies will pay you and have a winner.

    2. Advertising revenue:
Adsense will pay you for the click you have on this network. And you add your own content to the network. Add user generated content.

    3. Paid press release platform.
Measure the traffic generated by putting a press release on your platform.

    4. Sell your SEO:
Companies still drool about traffic generating. This is a winner.

    5. Sell adpace:
Use your own ad program to sell you ad service. Have people com to you. "Your ad here!" Email me to see your advert here.

Hope this is of help to pursue your dream.

Just a heads up, I've started to approach businesses regarding these names, and its been encouraging.

Just signing up a sole trader for £100 per month, they get the name, website (5 page), email & telephone number with that. 5 year lease with a break clause at 2 1/2 years.

    Happy days!
