I have recently added a live help program on my website.

Has anyone else added this type of program?

Have you noticed an increase in questions / sales?

Yes ive always had a live help program and it helps me with sales 100%. If a customer browses your site you can talk to them and make sure they get the correct product. Its also good to sell to them, so all in all its invaluble to me and my company.

Just as a polite comment, I think how far you have to scroll on your home page really ruins the effect. Also, how unaligned the images are for the banners. I'd have them on another page and not centered.

yes it helps. do you pay for that? why not just upload a script add another database and have one driven that way for FREE! and that banner thing you got that says "100% Secure Shopping" not so sure about that.
