Live Chat on websites

Hi just had live chat set up on my website. Been testing it a bit and it seems to take ages for a message to come over. Are they all the same or are some live chats programmes better that others?

If you using cms to setup your website, like joomla or wp, there are certain plugins you could try to let you do the job.

Otherwise I would recommend zopim too.

Also using Zopim here - works great, only disadvantage I've found is that it's not self hosted so if they have problems with their servers then that affects your site although that occurrence is luckily very rare.

The chat messages should be pretty much instant.
Not sure how or why it would be taking so long for you. Id suggest looking into other providers.
