Hi.

We are a small company who specialise in website feedback.

With a community where users can share feedback with each other, as well as get feedback directly from your website provided by your visitors.

Thank you. It's nice to hear that you like the product and it's nice to get the feedback.

A new release has just gone out with the feedback notes section updated.
This will allow you to add your own comments to the notes (which is useful for keeping track of changes etc).

I'm glad to hear it. And I'm guilty of missreading "Partyweaver" as Partywear (tired eyes perhaps).

If you make any changes to your website, you can update the revision number and all the ratings and binary answers you get after that will be applied to the revision and you can see how your website evolves over revisions (If you make design improvements you can see how effective the improvements are by comparing the design rating across revisions)

I will have to check that out as my revisions are really saying its not obvious what my site does and Im having problems discribing it in pictures and images. time for a make over I think.

I think the quickest solution to that would be to create a big headline that says what the site does on the homepage.

Think about twitter and facebook (as examples here): they both have very big and clear messages on their homepage that states what they do.

Partyweaver - Organise your party by finding venues etc.
or something along those lines, do a bit of thinking in how you can describe your product in a nice clear message with as few words as possible in a coherent sentence.

I'm sure you will have enough on your plate looking at your current feedback.
