It will help if you say what area of law it is as legal guys/ gals specialise.... is it contract? employment? interlectual property? torts?

Ok, It is regards some advertising, and whether the way it is structured is legal, or needs modifying to make it legal, or just plain removing.

We can advise on this. Email Lee or John Dalton on [email protected] who both deal with media and advertising law issues. You will need to put the ad in context for them ie what will it say and what is it selling/where will it go ie newpapers/glossy magg/local free newspaper etc?
