They also don't support "catch all mail", meaning - if your email is [email protected] but someone mis spells your name... you WONT get it.
Hello Everybody
Who has hosted with JustHost and had made which experiences? I found very conflicting info on JustHost and would be happy about any additional information, before I transfer my site to them.
Thank you
Parlian
You should really avoid using catch-all's the recipient will end up receiving more spam plus you put far more load on the providers email servers.
You are better off adding email aliases for the odd variation of the actual address.

I have catch all set up on 5 domains... 1 or 2 emails might slip through every other day.
I'm personally happy to receive 1 / 2 spam emails every other day... atleast I won't miss an important message if someone makes a typo![]()
...but for those of us who spam filter 60,000,000 emails a month, it would be nice if you didn't make "catch-alls" a requirement to the uninitiated.![]()
Just a marketing trick where the people will believe they saved money. You will find a lot of providers who offer hosting for GBP 2.50 or less. However, JustHost were amazing value for money. Go via quidco for an extra GBP30 cashback, and use the discount code 50OFF. This gives you a website and email for about GBP 2.50 per month.

I Would be cautious, Justhost offer "unlimited" space/bandwidth, The disadvantages of unlimited hosts has been discussed here before alot. If the uptime/reliability of your website is important to you/your business then I would seriously take a look around at other providers who have more realistic packages and a slightly better reputation.
justhost has a very nice online supporting team. Very reliable hosting company.
I am building a website which is not yet live, hosted by JustHost. While working on the site I encountered a number of short periods when the site was unavailable, so I decided to monitor it using Pingdom.com. In just 13 days this has identified 53 outages totalling 7.5 hours of downtime, including one incidence of more than 4 hours downtime. Obviously I cannot contemplate going live with this level of availability; I have just asked them if there's anything they can do to improve things, otherwise I'll be cancelling and moving elsewhere before going live.
Also ping response time is 164ms on JustHost compared to only 23ms on another site I have with Namesco.
While I've seen plenty of poor JustHost reviews, I'm shocked that they expect you to pay for fast support. 2 day / 48 hour support definitely isn't the norm.
Yeah it isn't great but to be fair most of my enquiries have been dealt with sooner and there is Live Chat - so why anybody would pay for 'premium support' with JustHost is beyond me anyway.
MoreUK2 is another example, and Rackspace is a prime example of just how much people will pay. While I've seen plenty of poor JustHost reviews, I'm shocked that they expect you to pay for fast support. 2 day / 48 hour support definitely isn't the norm.

Perception is a large part of purchasing decisions.
Justhost aren't cheap either, at £2.95/month if you prepay for 2+ years, and limits hidden in their TOS.
We have a hard enough time getting backups from their servers...
They do if you get bought out by Endurance International which they didHowever, those CPAs don't easily allow for investment in the right infrastructure...
I'd use Dropbox or similar before going near anything from EIwww.JustCloud.com from the same guys launched recently. Stay tuned.
