Sorry, it wasn't intentional. I find charging for any type of regular support for a shared hosting plan completely irrational, just for the record

Well after around 3 weeks of being moved to JustHost's "newer faster server" the uptime has improved considerably but still not as good as Namesco:

JustHost: Uptime: 99.87% Downtime: 38m 56s Number of downtimes: 17 (longest 15 mins) Avg response: 1364ms
Namesco: Uptime: 100% Downtime: 0 Number of downtimes: 0 Avg response: 274ms
