Hi

I'm in the process of creating a blog for IT students and part of the site will contain a section which will show some of the latest jobs in the local area, in the IT sector. Hopefully i'll be able to incorporate some sort of functionality which will allow the user to apply for jobs using their CV. They can upload their CV also the site. Are there any legal issues here for me to be concerned with?

What particularly are you concerned about? Your general issues will be the same as any website, the accuracy of its content & issues re deformation/ liable/ copyright etc.

it's just that i seen another thread on here discussing the legalities of accepting CV's over a website but the only difference is that it wont be me that will be looking at the CV's, it will be recruitment agencies.

If your accepting CVs etc then you will simply have DPA considerations (same as any data you capture from site visitors). Your terms would need to make it clear to the user who exactly their details are going to if its being viewed by third parties (ie agencies)
