General concensus from what I have read around various forums is that it is doesn't have the features available elsewhere and doesn't inspire confidence with card payers due to it's much different appearance to the usual chip and pin terminals.
I would embrace a new technology and if my customers are "scared" of my new card processing device, they can always go to the ATM.
I'm sure the appearance of the 1st chip and pin machine didn't inspire much confidence with people and they would have wanted to have their card copied using those manual print machines instead but here we are... 2012 and I can touch my card on a piece of electronics and pay for my goods!!
