I am looking to offshore some parts of my business, these are non customer facing roles and is mainly Administrative, Website related tasks and processing tasks per a procedure and process. Now I can of course use the likes of PPH or Fiverr etc but to be fair the quality and output on PPH more over is terrible - we want to forger long term relationships and agreements.

Does anyone know of a single resource / directory of off shore providers and/or has dealings with offshoring work to say India.

Looking for your advice

There are no end of BPO companies in the Philippines, for example. And I know a lot of Indian firms (I'm Indian). But the problem with staff in these countries is that unless you're a big enough business, and in a position to demand bespoke contracts and SLAs, you'll end up struggling with quality and reliability.

If you want to ensure quality staff doing these tasks, consider a UK based VA company like Virtalent.

    Thanks Clinton

Looked at the VA types in UK and I already have sufficient staff in house for, however want to redeploy some staff and some of the basics day to day offshore, We are also a 24/7 business (UK admin only done 9-5) when then have 3 on call and 2 operations - so the ability to have Admin carried out offshore would be a great resource.

Reliability and quality as you say is important as if must work, there must be options for the smaller spectrums.

Nope. Overseas providers want bigger operations where they can employ teams of full time staff.
