Invoice factoring for global contract recruitment

I'm looking at a project, placing contractors mainly in Asia, Europe, and perhaps some Middle East.

I want to be able to factor and insure the invoices to manage cash flow. My clients are big companies with good credit ratings.

Who's the guy to speak to?

They can do what I want and more.
