Hi there,

Can I use a LTD company for importing goods from East Europe. It is a construction company, Or do i have to open another one what is doing only import-export deals.

i will start to import from east europe abrasive products. Do i need a license for import for this products?

You can use your current Ltd company. Just it must be VAT registered, if you want purchase you goods with 0 VAT.
As well your accountant must fill intrastat forms, they will be used for trade statistics.

From which country you will be importing goods?

If my ltd company is trading in the construction industry, can i used it the same company to import/export goods ? or do i have open another one who deals with import/export. The thing is we are going to import/export goods for the Construction industry. I will appreciate a bit an help. Thank you

Romania is EU contry, in that case do you need a VAT registrated company. May be you just have to hire a transportation company and inport the goods, I guess
