Is it true that if you register a vehicle to your company and collect 3 points from one of those stealth-tax cams its the business that has to declare the driver and gets a 700+ fine for not doing so?
(and therefore no points?)

If this is the case, anyone want to sell me a mazda bongo or another camper 'van' i can put through my business?
