Customer service was drilled into me by the cruise line. Even if their wrong, or not completely correct, at least make them feel validated for having raised the issue I guess and be seen to be taking appropriate action to rectify things.

Hopefully a line can be drawn under all of this now and I can get back to worrying about my football team as they enter the playoffs!!
