I need pay as you go answering services

I need someone that knows my business and can make a decision.

I receive a very low volume of calls and would like to pay only for genuine business enquires where a potential client's details are taken.

Pls let me know if anyone here offer this service ( I am sure I have seen one in a signature a while ago)
