How will the Budget affect your business? Share your thoughts...

Original Post:

Hi everyone,

Following the Chancellor's Spring Budget today, we're already thinking about how it will impact small businesses and what it means for our members.

We'll be sharing an article later this week with a breakdown of the key areas and how they might affect SMEs, but we'd love to hear your thoughts on today's announcement and what it means for your business.

Share your reactions below...

Thanks,
Amalie

No affect at all.

But annoyed that more is being spent on childcare. If you can't afford children don't have children.

Inconvenience of having to make another NI change by 7 April, when my first payroll of the new tax year is due. Usually the announcement would be made in October.

    Other than that. F all.

    Sadly, not at all.
Any savings to consumers are negligible.
VAT change will affect a handful of businesses.
NI change an admin pain (BTW, where is the money coming from to cover the discount?).
If you are involved in film production, there might be something more tangible there.
Corporation tax increase for many businesses
