How to pay consultants selling information though a website?

Hello,

I have set up a website that will sell premium sports betting tips. Will be my first limited company with registered office based in england.The tips will be sold via paypal.

Am i required to use PAYE to pay the sports consultants or can i simply transfer the money through paypal? The sports consultants will be based in america, england and maybe other countries. Is this going to be an added complication regarding income tax purposes?

Any advice on how i pay the sports consultants would be greatly appreciated.

Get them to invoice you. HMRC will only be interested in those who are based in the UK. You may need to demonstrate that they are genuinely self employed.
