How to find Local Wine Distributors

Hi,

We are a trading company currently focusing on Wine Import from Spain & France.

We are seeking local wine distributors all over the UK.

Any suggestions? At the moment we have been able to supply local restaurants and shops in West London, but we want to expand.

I can't comment on the wine trade, but I know that when I go shopping for key equipment or supplies, I go to one of the large international fairs, armed with a (mental!) cheque book. At all these binges, one is looking for two things -

1. What are the established market leaders up to? What's new and what do I need to know?

2. What are we missing? Who is new here? What is the latest technology? What are the latest trends?
