How to convince Korean company to use our free system instead of building their own?

We're proposing a free IT system to a Korean company via 50:50 revenue sharing partnership. How could we convince them to use our system instead of building one their own. They are an IT company too. And it took us 1 year to R&D the system.

If they build their own they keep all the revenue. There is no benefit to them using yours over an in-house system.

As mentioned, their own system gives 100% return

Also, having worked with Koreans for years, they have a 'different' approach to business, that westerners will never understand!

Explain to them the benefits to them over making their own. Job done.

Really depends on how much it would cost them to build their own based against the projected revenue.

As others have said they may prefer to spend the cash on the system to keep 100% of the revenue.

The old sales procedure I studied was:

Feature
Advantage
Benefit

Then you would ask if they liked that feature in some creative way, and repeat untill you were ready to start closing.
