Firstly, I would like to say that it is not just “one more” software.
Our firm have been in the electronic voting business since 2000. Two years later, we participated in the British efforts to modernize the local election process, promoted by the United Kingdom Electoral Commission.
It was a time when electronic voting via Internet was seen with enormous suspicion.
The current version of the software was made in partnership with the centennial (1880) Clube de Engenharia, institution that brings together the most prestigious engineers in Brazil.
Answering your question, to be in Blockchain database architecture and to use 256-Bit encryption must be common in great number of e-Voting softwares of the Capterra's list.
The originality is to have, together, all the following resources, in the same system:
1) One single software which allows to produce and manage in integrated way elections of a superior level and two levels below (in pyramidal drawing), such as the country; regions (states, departments, counties); and cities (localities, districts, cantons), without limit of those numbers, neither of electors, administrators, elections, ballots, candidates and political parties.
2) The client himself can assemble and install independently the elections and use all the resources, as often as he wants, without needing the help or intervention of the system developer.
3) When finish voting, the elector gets a Receipt, with an anonymous and unique Verification Key and the time stamp for all his responses. He must print, photograph, annotate or send by e-mail for later use.
Once the electoral process is over, voters will be able to see anonymously the Results and if the Verification Key has been correctly assigned to the chosen candidates, political parties or options and whether their names appear on the lists of Presence or Absent Voters.
This makes the electors themselves audit the Results.
4) Possible kinds of questions are:
a) Emulator of the Brazilian electronic ballot box;
b) Choice of political parties;
c) Single choice;
d) Multiple choice: minimum and maximum number of options; and
e) Yes or No.
Write-in, in case the elector wants to add another option of vote, on the ballots kinds "Single choice" and "Multiple choice".
All kinds of questions have Skip (Abstain) option.
5) Photos and logos of candidates and political parties on the ballots.
6) Link on the ballot question, to clarify it, and links to candidates and parties' election campaigns, on their names, photos and logos.
These last points reveal the concern to provide the voter with complete information, so that he can exercise his voting rights as well as possible and even charge the promises of his candidate, once elected.

No report identifies the voter. Only appear the Verification Key and the time stamp.

17) Security: The system uses the SHA-256 encryption hash function for passwords, text box on the opening page and votes, which remain stored in Blockchain architecture.
The voter and administrator passwords are encrypted, by each user's individual keys, and are accompanied by hashes that are constantly checked. They do not rest stored in the database, only their cryptographic hashes.
Votes are submitted to two different encryption processes, also by compositions that vary by elector, merged with system keys. They only traffic encrypted.
