7.30am - Feed the hound
7.45am - Make myself a coffee

Does anyone really care what anyone else has to eat or does in the morning? This belongs in the Time Out section. With the greatest respect, I visit the main forum to view or participate in business related matters, not to see who has black pudding or a second cup of tea after breakfast

Run a few miles do 25 mins on the nordic ski machine ,do some core training shadow box or train on the heavy bag.
Im no fitness freak or anything like that I even binge on junk food and drink lots of wine and wiskey but this is something I have always done and I really enjoy training I used to be a competitive runner for about 20 years so its in the blood.

Read phone apps in bed so Facebook, UKBF and Sky Sports Football App. Get up and shower then either breakfast and go to work or on the MAC if I have the time to work on my website or catch up on news etc.

I would love to change this to 'go to the gym' but they are all so expensive here and with my time limit in the morning a bit of time online is about as far as I stretch.

,.......then the other eyelid :D

As nearly everyone else glossed over this, have a :D:D

Up, shower, breakfast, iron, make lunch, go to work, UKBF, start something more productive.

Who says all accountant's are boring?

I would love to give some excuse as to why I no longer do this, that or the other exercise in the morning but to be honest I would only be lying to myself. And you guys. ;)

Just enjoying the sights and sounds and blocking my mind completely for the work that lies ahead...not that I don't enjoy my work but there are some moments you wish to cherish just relaxing and not thinking or doing anything :)

Read my emails in bed most days, then cup of tea, second cup of tea and food. Then answer any emails that are urgent.

Yes I do this too , the joy of having a blackberry ! I turn it to silent after 7pm then answer the emails leisurely after 8am ! Have now optimised my working time to just 3-4 hours a day , business is going great

Up at 7:30ish. Feed dog and open door. Bash out any outstanding quotes from previous day and send b email. Answer emails. Check out the days itenary. Brief lads on the days jobs, send lads off to work and possibly head off to work myself.

The big aim for this autumn is to get off of the tools completely and concentrate on quotes, emails, paperwork and building the business.

Up about 6.30.

Coffee & toast

Turn on computer

Check over night markets and keep an eye on news feeds.

Check out the previous days main movers and look for possible trades.

Markets open.

Monitor open trades until 10 ish and then relax for the day.

Job done.

Not me! My alarm goes off at 8.30 and I get up at some time between then and 9.30am (usually closer to 9.30).

Always read emails first and then the order I do everything else in changes on a daily basis. I'm usually more productive at night time.

We have just got a puppy though so I don't think my lie ins will last much longer!
