Run a few miles do 25 mins on the nordic ski machine ,do some core training shadow box or train on the heavy bag.
Im no fitness freak or anything like that I even binge on junk food and drink lots of wine and wiskey but this is something I have always done and I really enjoy training I used to be a competitive runner for about 20 years so its in the blood.

The rest of the day ....

Read phone apps in bed so Facebook, UKBF and Sky Sports Football App. Get up and shower then either breakfast and go to work or on the MAC if I have the time to work on my website or catch up on news etc.

I would love to change this to 'go to the gym' but they are all so expensive here and with my time limit in the morning a bit of time online is about as far as I stretch.

    ,.......then the other eyelid :D

As nearly everyone else glossed over this, have a :D:D

Up, shower, breakfast, iron, make lunch, go to work, UKBF, start something more productive.

Who says all accountant's are boring?

I would love to give some excuse as to why I no longer do this, that or the other exercise in the morning but to be honest I would only be lying to myself. And you guys. ;)

Up at 7:30ish. Feed dog and open door. Bash out any outstanding quotes from previous day and send b email. Answer emails. Check out the days itenary. Brief lads on the days jobs, send lads off to work and possibly head off to work myself.

The big aim for this autumn is to get off of the tools completely and concentrate on quotes, emails, paperwork and building the business.

everyone gets up so early. I get up at 7 am and then wash and have breakfast . start work at 8 am or 8:30 am. I will consider to get up earlier and improve work efficiency.

Not me! My alarm goes off at 8.30 and I get up at some time between then and 9.30am (usually closer to 9.30).

Always read emails first and then the order I do everything else in changes on a daily basis. I'm usually more productive at night time.

We have just got a puppy though so I don't think my lie ins will last much longer!
