www.bucklemybelt.com

Children's Clothes

www.justdresses.co.uk
www.blushfashions.co.uk

Children's Toys and Gifts

www.whitstablescene.co.uk/dolls.htm
www.myfavouriteanimals.co.uk
www.hedgehogtoys.co.uk
www.kiddmania.co.uk
www.4little1s.co.uk

Adult Gifts

www.craftofchess.co.uk
www.boutiquetoyou.co.uk

Jewellery

www.bohofashionjewellery.co.uk

Perfume

www.fragrancezone.co.uk

Party Supplies

Excellent idea, and let's not forget. A shopping guide is not just for Christmas!
I'm in. With all the talent on this forum we should be on page one Google for about 1000 specific keywords by next Friday!

Dee's Fancy dress are only to happy to offer a 10% discount to all UKBF members.
With all the Staff Christmas Costume parties coming up this idea could be quite popular.
Just PM me for your own personal discount number.

I'll compile the list if everyone wants to let me know if they want to join in and if so what discount they want to offer (if any) and if so, what discount applies, what the code is and when the offer expires.

And what section you want to go under to save me having to look up each website.

Do you think we should limit this to existing members with a reasonable amount of posts to weed out the spammers and fake goods? Should we have editorial veto?

Thanks for your support!

I would love to take part in this. It's nice of you to compile it yourself.

I sell handmade cards and gifts and so, if possible, could I be listed under gifts, jewellery and crafts. I think these three sections cover my products. If you are restricting entries to just one, I think Gifts will be ok.

I am willing to offer the following deals until the 24th December 2008, so everyone can benefit while they are Christmas shopping:

10% off all handmade cards - reduced price on site
Buy 4 get 1 FREE - state on paypal form UKBF member and your username to get the FREE card

25% off all jewellery sets - reduced price on site
Buy 2 and get a FREE jewellery gift - state on paypal form UKBF member and your username to get your FREE jewellery item

If you require any further information, please feel free to contact me.

My website address is: www.ginnyscards.co.uk
My text link title is: Ginny's Cards & Gifts
My website description is: Handmade cards and gifts for all occasions. Something for everyone. Unique gifts to make gift giving even more special.

Thank you

Ginny

It needs to be limited to members with a set number of posts or fully paid members if post counts are low, otherwise there will probably be some spammers signing up to get on the list or inactive members.

I have approval from the administrators (for which many thanks).

What do you think is the best way to do this?

A sticky at the top of UKBF offers - so the thread stays at the top, and then people could post inside it and I could update the list at the top of the thread?

OR

Another idea is that we create a sub folder in UKBF offers - for example called 'The UKBF Christmas Gift Offer Thread' (or something snappier!) and have sub categories which people could post their offers in - for example Children's Toys, Accessories, etc.

What do you think?

That option sounds good to me.

I think that perhaps members with less than 50 posts need to be fully paid members of UKBF in order for them to have their website listed, otherwise the list would grow huge and its only fair that active members are listed and not fly by night people signing up to to list their website.

This is a great idea but what is happening?
If we don't get this set up soon we will be looking at Easter not Christmas.

Sounds good but I actually asked where it's going to be published. :)

Sorry Dan, it's one of those days! I had trouble deducting £11.40 from £20 earlier. Now I can't even read! :)

Not hundred percent decided but in Offers probably - it needs to be editable so it can be updated. Is there anywhere I can put it and edit it regularly? It will be in table form rather than a series of posts to make it user friendly. Any ideas?

Yep we're going to put it up in UKBF offers and make it a stickied thread.

More technical problems as it doesn't like tables either.

Trying something else.....

Let me know when you've got it Denise, sorry the forum didn't like your lovely presented tables! :)
