I've popped in to introduce myself! My name is Andy McCall, I'm the Director of an IT Software and Services company in Blackpool called Ascentico. I'm 35 years old, married and have two fantastic children.
With regards to the business - Ascentico is an IT services, technology and solutions provider. Its offices are located in Blackpool, Lancashire and offers services to small to medium sized businesses in the North West of England, and the education and local government sectors across the whole of England.
I founded Ascentico in April 2013. I've got over nearly 20 years of IT knowledge and experience working in banking, local government and the private sector.
We deal with a broad spectrum of IT services such as networking (Cisco qualified staff and registered partners), computer repair and provision, web development and SEO - we are also specialists at open source software (Linux, Apache, MySQL, bind, squid - Moodle, Drupal, WordPress Concrete5 and more) and have staff with Red Hat qualifications.
