Welcome to the forum. (And please release the caps lock button next time - there is a reason for road signs being written in lower case you know.)

Interesting line you are in. One of those things I think companies do not like to do but have to do. Having tested everything, employees then bring in their own kettles etc!

I once developed some management software for a national PAT testing company that scheduled engineers, itinery and so on - quite complex and taught me a fair amount about your industry.
