Has Yell.com removed the nofollow rule?

Today we are seeing outbound links giving link juice. i.e. no rel="nofollow".

From previous experience of Yellow Pages I question whether this is a glitch and they'll soon be back to pagerank sculpting, though it would be nice if they are actually helping their advertisers in the search enines, as their sales reps claim they have been doing all along.

I thought the idea of having a listing on Yell was to advertise a business, not some SEO "nofollow" fad?

Yell.com is overpriced as it stands... wouldn't hurt if they were passing on some link love.

Yes it does look as though they have removed the nofollow attribute. It is a considerable expense with basic paid listings costing in the region of approximately £400.

Still, it can pay for itself if it generates traffic leads for your business.

it could be an error on yells part. If its not Google may artificially stop yell.com passing most if not all link juice as its still against their terms of service
