Hello all, please let me introduce myself. My name is Michelle Payne-Gale and I run 'Essence - Business & Admin Support Services', based in sunny Bedfordshire. We specialise in supporting small and expanding companies with administrative, marketing, research and creative tasks. Welcome to the forum - it's a very friendly and helpful place.

I was brought up in Dunstable and used to know Befordshire very well.
