As per the title, looking for a good quality material to read and understand these.

Preferably in "graphic slides". Hate watching video tutorials.

Getting google shoppng up and running can be a pain, you have to setup a xml file that has all the boxes ticked. If you are selling normal stuff then this is easy enough, just a hassle, and if you are selling unique things this can be a real pain and you may have to purchase EANs. Again depends on the ecommerce platform you are using, some can build the xml for you automatically. I've not done this for a couple of years so please anyone correct any errors I've made.
Google analytics has a bunch of tutorials that are extensive, I can't remember the format. Have you set up analytics on the site already or are you looking for a cradle to grave walk through?

Analytics is set up on the site already.
Looking more on infirmation on how to analyse and interprete the data.

I use WC so setting up the xml file wont be too much issue.
My problem will be day-to-day managing of the campaign.

Google shopping campaign is now much more powerful now than it was earlier. The reporting in adwords account it self is enough to understand what is performing and what is not. You can do all those common things like bid for individual ad group, keep check on cost, impression, CTR and avg. CPC. Even Google adwords reports ad impression share by devices also.
