Would anyone have any ideas why our analytics account is showing us how much money has been produced via ecommerce, but is saying that we have sold no product?? It acknowldges transactions but not products purchased??

Just to clarify, the ecommerce figures are providing a sum total of income, but are not registering any product sold. This despite giving a running total of the number of transactions :|

Could be something wrong with the tracking code.
