Hello
Does anyone know anything about Google Ads Suspensions.
I have many years advertising experience with Google Ads.
I have run my current business (cardiff-appliances. co .uk for about eight years using google for this time. Three weeks ago my account was suspended for "policy violations - ,misrepresentation". You could not actually speak to anyone due to the current situation. I emailed and asked for my account to be reviewed. Thursday last week I had an email from Google re-instating my advertising.
This morning I checked my Merchant Center Account and my ads have been closed again for another policy violation, this time "missing product data". I ran a test on my feed in the google merchant account and it was shown as no issues with the feed. I managed to contact someone from google on a chat bot who checked and could find nothing wrong with the feed.
This is killing me as despite using ebay, bing and facebook, google ads generate 90% of my orders.
My business is very simple. I buy appliances from the manufacturer, display them for sale on my website and advertise (mainly) on google. I always comply with trading legislation. My google advertising has been set up with help from a google staff ads specialist.
Has anyone ever had any similar experience or any advice regarding this?
Many Thanks,
