Funding Circle and Barclays

Has anyone had any experience they could share regarding negotiating full and final settlement figures with Funding Circle and Barclays?

I could offer a lump sum payment, rather than the whole amount over a long time with small payments (assuming they’ll allow that). I have personal guarantees I need to deal with.

I think you will struggle with Funding Circle.

I've not tried to negotiate with them but from experience and speaking to IPs that deal with them they aggressively oppose IVA's - even to the point where bankruptcy is the only option.

I know people individually who have had joy with Barclays and other banks - but tend to get a better deal once the debt is sold on.
