Free websites?!

Hi All

I'm looking for recommendations on free website builders. The only thing I want to be able to do is for customers to add bookings online.

Also does anyone know of anywhere that currently does free domain and business email addresses?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Why free? You can set up a wordpress site and add plugins with hosting for a very low cost.

There are sites like weebly that will do what you want, but tjhey are not what you need :(

How does the website fit into your overall business plan? i.e. how will people find the site, what will they expect when they get to the site, can you fulfil that expectancy.

As for free domains etc, you seem to want the world on a stick and for free. If you are running a business then you MUSt have a budget for a domain name, hell that is £6 at 123reg . if you don't have that then you have no business.

The website can be free but decent booking applications aren't. They are not expensive but not free. The freebies are ok but very restrictive. I've tested loads of them.

I echo the above..

Free website, free domaim + free hosting isn't going to add any value to your business.

You can get a domain for 2 years for less than £10
Hosting for a year around £20 - £30 for a basic package.

This will let you install a CMS (wordpress) for free, add as many pages as you want. And give you your business email address.

It's worth the money and has any advantages over the free stuff!
