Fish & Chip Business Help

Hi All, new to forum's so if my request is not usually allowed please accept my apologies.

I wonder if there is anyone who has a good working knowledge of the fish and chip shop industry who I could fire a few questions at, to see if there is any clever excel spreadsheets I could use in the business, especially regarding fish efficiencies, potato yields, fat usage..in fact anything you could help would be great appreciated.

Might be easier if you give us your specific issue. Business is business, profit is always turnover less costs. Others may be able to come sideways at the problem too, using knowledge from different industries.

I am looking for control measures I could use in this type of business , no doubt this might be an unusual request but you know..if you don’t ask etc
