Hello there

I am on the hunt for pubs that are up for tenancy or lease and that are free of tie and not run by the brewery or the pubcons

I have only found no more then a hand full (literally) of free of tie pubs in the north west of England so far! and they where all on findmypub.com. So is the world a bigger place then this and are there other places I could be looking?

Thanks
B&B

No, it's because you're just a moron. You are never going to own a pub (for more than 6 months.)

I want to laugh at this very funny comment but I don't want to damage my public persona :)

Without the abusive element I’d suggest you listen very closely to what is being said. I have some insight to the trade Frome differing angles - whist I wholly disagree with the notion that there is no money to be made in pubs; making it work does necessitate a very clear vision and strong skill sets (probably not the ones you imagine)

and, for the most part, it doesn’t involve standing behind the bar or working in the kitchen

I think the stupidity on offer here transcends the use of "intelligent ways" unfortunately.

Exactly what I have always said and it is important that we express ourselves using industrial language and other words that make us feel better in this stressful time

It was one of my favourite reply's in a while

I think we should close the thread before the banter become insulting

@Biggins and Beggel - Sorry about this but you aren’t going to get the answers you want on UKBF.
