Filing accounts with CT600 (short)

DO you need to file full accounts with the CT600 short, or can you simply send them the abbreviated accounts?

Must be full accounts plus a computation of how you calculated the tax due.

And re abbreviated accounts - Notes to the accounts, transactions with directors - does this need to be a fully itemised list? Or can they be classified into heading types?
