We have a gang of chinese fraudsters that keep on creating websites that imitate our website and pretend to sell our products extrememly cheap.
However they never send any products to customers and they loose all their money.
As a result tik tok penalises us as our customers are angry and they come and report ourselves instead of the fraudsters.

Now the fraudsters use something called cloaking which basically serves different content for the same link.
This way we cannot see our products when we click on the link but only if we surf icognito or via VPN.

Also their host is hidden behind Cloudflare and Cloudflare does not do much about them..

Is there a way to find the host?
I have been trying contacting the registrar but as they are in China and they use desktops they cannot replicate the issue.

Also can i find the host for the images they use?
I need some sort of help as they are virtually killing our Black Friday sales!

You can’t fight this. Find another channel to sell your products.

Nothing can help. You can’t stop them and Tik-Tok doesn’t care. The scammers are anonymous and overseas which means UK legislation is of no use.

What are you selling?

Sorry what another channel, this is our main website….
It’s not your website. It belongs to somebody else. You have just been given permission to use it as a sales channel. Just like all those Chinese scammers.

And if the ISP is in China and you are successful in shutting them down (which is very unlikely) all they will do is start up with a new site. You just can’t win this one.

Sorry what another channel, this is our main website i cannot abandoned £1m worth of sales. There must be something we can do. I'm wondering if NCA can help.

This is one of many risks of trying to build a business on a single SM channel (as the saying goes 'you don't build a house on rented land)

I'd imagine it's automated, so even if taken down it will re-appear.

The Chinese have managed to copy Rolls Royce & BMW with impunity -they won't be deterred by a few slapped wrists and remote threats.
