Export vehicle to USA VAT

If exporting a 20yr old + used vehicle to USA that is for show/racing purposes only and never would be registered for road use - originally purchased under the margin scheme - please confirm VAT liabilities for both sides

I think you will have more of a problem importing into the USA if the car is less than 25 years old.
