Hi just wondering if anyone has any experience with the crepe industry?

Profit margins?
Good business ?
Best places to sell?

Margins are quite high, but on a small amount. So you need to sell many of them before making profit.

As for the location, it's like any business it really matters! BUt it also depends on your business model. Who are you targeting, kids? workers? tourists?
You have 2 options. Either you start with a small stall in markets, festival or you go straight for the biggest option with a shop. I would recommand you to start with the first one because:
- it is less risky
- it is much cheaper than the second otion (unless you have £200k to spend)
- it will help you to understand your product, how to cook it (it is not that easy to cook a nice crepe) and your customer's expectations.

Love crepe stalls and you really dont see enough of them around! Theres one in derby city center thats always busy!

I imagine the margins are high in this but like the above post stated, youll need to sell alot!
Are you looking to travel around or stay in one spot?

I did a website for a crepe stall a few years ago, occasionally see it on facebook and it appears they are very busy.... dependant on location of course!
