Hi everyone
I own a home textile firm with a products such as towels, duvets, rugs, bed linen etc. My clients include hotels, hospitals and individuals as well. We supply bed linen to the hospitality industry and that forms the bulk of the business.
The individual customers are catered to via a single shop, mail order and also occasional exhibitions & Sales across various towns and cities.
Although business is good, I've been finding it increasingly difficult to manage the rather large volume of data with the increasing clientele. I have been having problems keeping a check on inventory and I have been looking at an open source ERP package with a POS (for sales&exhbitions) and CRM module(for mail order and bulk business). Does anyone have an idea about packages such as compiere, joomla&drupal (crm) etc?
From my reading I understand compiere erp kind of includes most of what I am looking for.
