ERP advise required

Hi Guys,
I am in need of an ERP system but not sure what service can fulfil my needs. I'm hoping somene here can help me - here is my use case:

-> A customer requests a on-site sales pitch via the site's form
-> the form data is pushed to the ERP, and a sales lead is generated
-> The lead is assigned to an employee (the employee should be able to login and see a list of jobs for the day, and receive text/email updates for new leads)
-> employee visits the property, and sells a service to the customer
-> The customer pays via card and the ERP lead is converted into a successful conversion with the amount paid and services selected.


I would ideally like things to happen automatically, so either the system has payment handling for example or maybe I can have an API, and I can externally push data to update the leads to conversions.

Is this doable or will I need a bespoke system to achieve this ?

Have you looked at things like salesforce or hubspot? They can do a lot of what you want for a monthly fee. All you then need is bespoke add on or extension.

JotForm would be perfect for this either with or without a linked Airtable system.
