I'm finding myself so busy its now at the point where i need an extra pair of hands asap before i burst!. However due to the nature of what i do, and a couple of other reasons, it wouldnt work employing someone 9-5 5 days a week
So i need to look at a freelancer which i am fine with - i've done it myself for many years and it works well in the kitchen industry for people in my position.
However, i know of no-one in the area who is freelance and they are often hard/impossible to find. Ironically, type 'freelance kitchen design' wiltshire, bath or bristol - and i come up!
But a friend of mine who is currently employed by a bathroom studio, has most of the knowledge (having also worked with kitchens), is desperate to leave his job and having just had baby no.1 is keen to earn more.
I would quite happily use him but am i asking for trouble because he's a mate?
Many thanks, Mark
