With the advent of RTI is the Employer Annual Return is presumably no longer required for 2015? Is RTI now compulsory?

Yes that's correct David the old P35 form is no longer. All employees have to use RTI but some are permitted to send RTI Returns by paper rather than online to HMRC

Thanks. I see in some lists for 2015 it shows 19th May for "Employer Annual Return (RTI superseded)". Should that not be "superseded by RTI"?

The 19th May was the old P35 deadline which no longer exists.
