Hello All,

I have recently taken upon a role where i have to use email marketing, I am fairly new to this system but i do have a basic understanding, my reason for posting is, i have tried alot of these Email Marketing Dashboard things, they allow you to build using drag and drop systems similar to mailchimp. my boss hates these types because when you receive the email in Outlook it asks you to download pictures.

do any of you guys know of any software or kit that i can use to embed images into the email (the email does include text).

your answers will be appreciated.

well...it cost a lot,if you want include pictures in e-mail and not to be flagged as a spammer(i mean all your emails will go to spam, if you do not use appropriate service). What is your budget for this campaign? Total emails ?

Still doesn't fix the image problem. Many email clients block images by default so whatever you do users will still have to make the choice to accept or deny.

I can do email campaign for you, but it is very time consuming. It is possible to do that campaign in 2-3 days. Emails will be with images inside, track record will be provided (status about delivery) and messages will be not in SPAM.

it needs to be send from different mail-boxes (1 box per 100 emails, to not get banned)

Of all your misleading messages, this is probably the worst.

Josh, you can embed the images if you want, take a look here

https://sendgrid.com/blog/embedding-images-emails-facts/

Embedding increases the size of the email, and will reduce the delivery rate in many cases.

I use YMLP, around £15 per month for the quantity you want to send. Plain text, html, your choice.

Spam issues depend on your content, not on how many you send.

Interesting, relevant content to the right people, no problem

crap to everyone, problems

Nick, did you read how many complains they have on the internet? Put in Google, "YMLP scam", and it will be all negative reviews from customers.

I would use strategies, to not get "Blacklisted" . And e-mails you need to change, if you heavily send emails every day. If he needs 1000, then it is simpler to make 10 email accounts to prevent 1 single account to blacklisted. And then I personally would use Mass-mailing services with clean IP.

Try to send 1000 emails using your strategy, and at least 90% mails will go to spam folder)))

Did you do the search, or just make that up? Try it yourself, see what comes up...

"If he needs 1000, then it is simpler to make 10 email accounts to prevent 1 single account to blacklisted. And then I personally would use Mass-mailing services with clean IP."

buzzword laden crap.

Moneysavingexpert.com send out millions of emails every month, are they blacklisted? do they use multiple accounts?

No, so why should anyone else?

I'm been using email marketing effectively since the late 90's, but thanks for your "advice"

My opinion is you are wrong. And it doesn't answer the problem the OP's boss wants solving.

appreciate the help guys, I had a look at using mailchimp. this did not work. I have completed built my email using html and inline css. and Nick cheers for the ideas about hosting & embedding the image. (great idea) we roughly would like to send about 4000 emails per go and possibly about 2 or 3 times a month. this is not always the case. the volume could change montly. would be the best system, I have looked into 1and1 Mail, sendblaster, YMLP. I just need something that accepts basic html and inline css and about 12,000 email per month. without the opportunity of blacklisting or penalties.

Do not embed images.

Use your on system? Use a bolt on to your website to collect email addresses and manage emails.

BTW, do not embed images - link!
