Drinks sponsor needed for launch event

Hi

I am looking for a drinks sponsor for our launch event and was hoping someone on here might be able to help/suggest possible companies out there looking to provide sponsorship/link ups.

Style Sportif is a brand new e-commerce website offering a curated collection of stylish premium activewear for women, which is one of the fastest growing sectors at the moment. The range of sportsluxe labels will bridge the crossover between gym kit and everyday wear, allowing our customers to source activewear that is stylish and exciting, meaning our company sits firmly within the areas of quality, luxury and style.

Our launch party will be taking place on 20th October at amazing new members club and art gallery in London called Lights of Soho. This incredible venue has recently been used for parties and photoshoots for Rita Ora and Sam Smith, amongst others. The party will be attended by both press and fitness/fashion bloggers, and we already have confirmed attendance from several media titles and fashion/fitness bloggers.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

You need to identify the sort of drinks that resonate with the target audience for your brand and then approach the agencies that represent them or their in-house marketing teams.

They will want to know;

• guaranteed celeb attendance and whether celebs have agreed to be pictured/video'd with their branded drinks
• which media have confirmed attendance - typically they will be interested in broadcast, national and lifestyle media
• whether your target audience resonates with their brand
• what you are looking at in terms of sponsorship and what you will be providing them with for that sponsorship in terms of exposure not just at the event but through other channels you manage

Drinks companies don't tend to be looking for brands to sponsor they are inundated with brands looking for sponsorship for events, ongoing partnerships etc.

Approach someone like Pernod Ricard. They're usually got a few quid to throw around.
